As the demand of Technical-manager’s professionals are increasing in various industries across the globe. The BSDU has launched a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program that will lead from Engineers to Industry ready manager. The MEM at Bhartiya Skill Development University is an industry- integrated, practice-based multidisciplinary postgraduate program designed to develop future techno-managerial leaders. Inspired by the Swiss Dual System, the program combines engineering, management, analytics, and leadership with hands- on learning through industrial projects, advanced laboratories, simulation tools, internships, and occupational practice. Students will gain exposure to Industry 4.0, digital transformation, manufacturing systems, operations, and emerging technologies. The program prepares graduates for careers in production, operations, project management, product management, engineering analytics, supply chain management, and technical leadership across various multidisciplinary industries.
Duration: 2 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as B.Tech, B.Voc, BCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT/Electronics), or Instrumentation.
- Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate in Graduation

Eligibility Criteria:
- 10+2 (PCM preferred) or,
- 2 years of ITI after 10th or Equivalent or,
- Diploma holder entitled for lateral entry admission
Selection Procedure: Entrance Exam followed by a personal interview.
