The BCA at BSDU is a three-year skill-intensive program crafted to produce job-ready computing professionals. Students gain hands-on proficiency in Python, Java, web and mobile application development, data structures, databases, and software quality assurance. Three embedded industry internships — including a full semester in the third year — provide unmatched practical exposure. Occupational practice sessions every semester ensure progressive competency development. BSDU's practice-based pedagogy bridges the gap between academia and industry, preparing graduates for careers in software development, IT operations, application design, and technology consulting right from day one.
Duration: 3-year and 4-year BCA (Hons.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 any stream
- Subject Requirements: Mathematics / Computer Science preferred
- Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate (best 5 subjects)

Eligibility Criteria:
- 10+2 (PCM preferred) or,
- 2 years of ITI after 10th or Equivalent or,
- Diploma holder entitled for lateral entry admission
Selection Procedure: Entrance Exam followed by a personal interview.
